Hello Panga

I have a 2006 22LX & would love to join the Panga club. I purchased my boat in Fort Pierce, FL in oct 2006. I fish the boat in the Indian River flats & also offshore. It does everything I demand in a boat, I LOVE IT.
I am running a 115 E-tec,the fuel efficiency of this boat is unreal, I have added Lenco tabs & a Humminbird side imaging sonar

Thanks for building this great boat

I live in a sound which is less than 12" deep. My Panga allows me to enjoy the Back Country in the Lower Keys as well as the reefs on the Atlantic. The perfect keys boat!

I live in the small town of Bluffton, SC near Hilton Head Island. I mostly fish in and nearshore, but I do venture out around 40 Miles offshore when the swell is not that bad. I had a back to back day this winter where a friend and I floated in an oytser mound laden creek in about 8 inches of water to catch Mullet for offshore live bait the next day. I guess what I am trying to say is I went from casting a net in 8 inches of water one day to fishing in 100 feet of water the next. I don't know of anyone who has a boat this versatile. The pics are of some nice reds I catch on a regular basis. I hate to give of my spots, but you might notice the famous Harbor Town lighthouse in the background of a couple of pics. I also like to load up on crab pots. I can stack as many 16 pots a time when I crab. Thanks for the boat. All the peolple who fish with me on La Nina thank you as well. panga_bonefish

This is our first boat and after owning it for almost a year I can honestly say that it's the perfect boat for our family. Not only is it economical but it's built like a tank. My son and I now spend quality time together on the water exploring and fishing. Thanks Panga Guys!

Dear Panga,

Thanks for building the most versatile and rugged boat on the water. While I imagine you’re aware of many of the conventional applications of the Panga 22LX, I want to let you know this boat has much more to offer. Sure, it makes an ideal fishing platform with all the accoutrements of its big dollar sisters, but did you know it attracts deer and women too!? Check out this beautiful middle school principal that I boated on a “small craft advisory” day on the Chesapeake Bay. She came with a 38” striped bass and the biggest smile I’ve ever seen. Then, the next weekend, neither the fish nor the principals were biting, but a mile and a half offshore I did manage to land this wayward whitetail buck. My Panga took us from open water right up on the beach and we let the deer go without even getting our feet wet (I’ll see him in November . . .).

I’m certain to come up with more innovative uses for my Panga – I’ll keep you posted.

Chad

P.S. I let the fish go, but the girl likes my boat. That makes it a keeper.

This is our new Panga 14 with a S 15 hp Suzuki 4 stroke. She is a bare bones boat that we plan to fix up with a flat floor with access to slide in fishing rods and other storage. Should be lot easer to get around in. My wife and I will be using her as a tender for our 46' Sea Ranger when we travel. I will be using her to fish when I can. She has already brought in a couple of fish on the first day we had her.

Really like the way she handles the water under way, drifting for fish or at anchor. Hope to have a lot of fun both fishing and exploring the flats that are every ware here in S W Florida. We live on the Sea Ranger at Twin Dolphins marina in Bradenton Fl.

I introduced some of my fishing buddies to the 22/LX today and they were quite impressed! We fished in inclement weather with the wind blowing 15-20 knots and the boat handled superbly! On the way home from the inlet we actually reached 51mph for a few moments, which was pretty impressive with only a 115 and three big guys plus gear! I might add that it was a smooth and dry ride thru the nasty Great South Bay chop- so outside of the cold weather everyone agreed wholeheartedly that it was a very comfortable trip.

We took delivery of our new Panga 22LX in mid-May 2007. Since then it has been seen all over Charleston, SC waters and it has turned heads and prompted many questions. Our Jack Russell "Luna" has enjoyed the boat vey much, especially when we access remote beaches and she can run free. We love our Panga! It is exactly the boat for us, both inshore and offshore!

Well done!

I bought a Panga 22 LX which I launch and fish from the beach in Molokai, Hawaii. This boat is awesome for getting outside and back inside the large, shallow, barrier reef we have on the east end of the island. I just went out and caught two large Ono (Wahoo) within about 10 minutes of launching. What a rush!

This boat came along way from Miami to Hawaii!! Well worth it!!!
